SAN RUBBER – Ivory Coast
SAN RUBBER started producing natural rubber in 2018. After a lot of efforts spent in the set up of the factory, SAN RUBBER started to buy the first tonnage of raw material in March 2019 in order to start the production in April/May 2019. The whole production process is made of a pre-processing line and a main processing line.
SAN Rubber rely on a very qualitative machinery made by GOLSTA and the laboratory has also been equipped with the best equipment available on the market.
With its 2 dryers of a 3MT/Hour capacity , the factory should produce around 30,000 / year.
The General Manager of San Rubber has a very wide experience of the rubber products as he was Factory director and Chief operating officer during more than 20 years for other well know Ivorian rubber producers.
SAN RUBBER hired qualified workers including a factory director having a 17 years experience in the rubber business.
